Lambert’s weight loss journey in 2013, using methods like portion control and circuit training, preceded her divorce from Shelton in 2015. After meeting Brendan McLoughlin in 2018 and a private wedding in 2019, Lambert embraced her natural body, crediting McLoughlin for her newfound happiness in 2020.
McLoughlin, a skilled chef, contributes to their strong bond by preparing homemade dinners. Expressing love and admiration on Lambert’s 39th birthday, he looks forward to more celebrations together.
