Mayim Bialik’s Studio City home, a $2.3 million retreat for nearly a decade, is a blend of rustic charm and thoughtful renovations. The 2,483-square-foot property features a kitchen transformed with a tin ceiling and wood cabinets, crafted by a former partner who was a carpenter. Bialik, expressing her excitement, shared, “He did this entire kitchen by himself, inside and out.” The space embraces sustainability, using repurposed materials, including vintage light fixtures made from chicken feeders.
Bialik’s kitchen also houses antique cooking tools, such as a nut meat chopper and a cherished serving platter from Poland, a memento from her grandmother. The fridge is stocked with fresh produce like berries and raw cashews for homemade vegan ricotta. Despite its functionality, the actress admits a desire for more space, given the shared quarters with her two boys and three cats. Stepping outside, the property boasts a large backyard with a private saltwater pool and spa surrounded by lush gardens.
In a candid interview, Bialik shared insights into her life, revealing her preference for handling household chores over hiring a cleaner. She humorously acknowledges her cleaning skills might not always be perfect, adding a relatable and down-to-earth dimension to her public persona.
